October 1998 Tirtsa Posklinsky "Journey to the Promised Land - The Long Homecoming of Ethiopian Jewry" Tirtsa Posklinsky is the wife of Yoram Posklinsky, former director of the Israel Center and a Shalick (emissary) to Tucson. Mrs. Posklinsky worked with Ethiopian Jews when they arrived in Israel during Operation Solomon in 1991.
